No hot water again

So tonight the Mrs. is in the shower and said, "is the boiler on, shower is cold". So I test turning the hot water on via the app and sure enough nothing happens at the boiler.

I then notice the app has changed. Coincidence?

I'm now without hot water and no idea why. Heating is working.

Same problem here, two days in a sequence. Tado Smart was not reachable
