hot water over ride

Hi

Is there a way to override the Tado controlling hot water and just let the boiler run it. or even set the water temperature?

    Hi @spiritse

    If Tado is controlling your hot water......there should be a "Hot Water" schedule tile on your Home Page. You can adjust the "Hot Water" in the same way as you can adjust your Tado Room settings.

    I looked at that tile and it only allows me to turn the water on or off, but doesn't have a temperature control setting,

    Due to the distance between the boiler and shower it needs to be set higher.

    I did just look at realised, the thermostat is wired as a combi, but the device was set as S plan, so going to try setting that as Combi (yellow light) and see if that helps.

    Perhaps Tado Support need to make a configuration change for you ??🤔

    this is now sorted, due to being a combi boiler and single relay, I spoke to the Tado support line and they removed the hot water section from the controls.
