Just had my boiler serviced and now the heating is stuck at 18deg and both the thermostat or the app just won’t budge it

    Has your service engineer altered a setting on your boiler........perhaps the engineer doesn't understand a Tado system.

    @paulstarbuck You could try resetting the bridge, either by temporarily removing power, or pressing and holding the pairing button on the bridge for (approx) 15 seconds.
