Navien Boiler Opentherm radiators lukewarm

I have recently installed a TADO control system in my house with a Navien NCB-40 Combi boiler and am struggling to get the boiler temperature to increase enough to get the room temperature warm enough. The radiators only ever get lukewarm.

I have a wired thermostat connected via Opentherm and currently 6 Tado Smart thermostats dotted around the house. The additional radiators of which there are 5 all have standard TRVs.

When the boiler was connected to it's own controller the temperature of the heating would shoot up within about 3 minutes and all radiators (and the house) would be very warm. Now, with similar temperature settings (although it is significantly colder outside at the moment) the heating is not going above 18 degrees.

The boiler has an Eco/summer/winter mode but I am restricted to remote control settings now that the Tado controller is in charge!

Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Have you sorted this?
    Do the additional 5 rads with TRVs still get as hot as before you say 3mins?
