Range Issues
For anyone having range issues try positioning your bridge horizontally instead of vertically.
I’ve had tado several years across two houses. The first was a 3 storey town house and positioning it vertically on the ground floor worked well.
I’ve since moved to a 30m wide bungalow and I started having the no remote access issues, more so after building a new office in the back garden and using tado to control the underfloor heating system.
After several weeks of testing different bridge locations and orientations I found all my range issues went away by orientating it horizontally (in parallel to the width of the bungalow).
FYI I have 9 TRVs, 2 thermostats and an extension unit for my hot water. Firmware versions are a mix of 54.2 and 91.1 on the TRVs.
It’s worth a try if you are having those types of issues.
