(room with 3 smart radstats) - one stat no connection = whole room down?

Tado - in a room with 3 smart radiator thermostats, if only ONE valve loses connection, why is that room uncontrollable, when the other TWO stats are connected?????

Seems a bit rubbish, or room for improvement in your software?

    Which one of your 3 SRT's is selected as the room's measuring device.....if it's the one that has "no connection".... then select one of the other two as the measuring device.....the room should then function with these two radiators.
