Greenstar A21 error code

In the last week my boiler has not been supplying heat. On investigation the Greenstar control panel shows the above error message meaning there is no RF signal between your boiler and your thermostat. I have been using Tado for over 2 years and not come across this before. I do often find however that various TRVs get error no remote access. Is the issue with poor rf control around my house? Any help appreciated.
