Manufacturers fitted wireless thermostat/controller?
Tado have confirmed that my Viessmann boiler is compatible with the Wireless EU starter kit usiing opentherm, however I currently have a Vitorol 100 UTDB-RF2 wireless thermostat/controller/programmer fitted.
What I can't work out from asking them, or from the professional installers manual is what is supposed to be done with the Vitorol 100 thermostat, do I have to remove the receiver from the boiler, do I just pull the batteries from it to disable it, or is it left as an additional thermostat?

@GrayDav4276 many thanks, that's exactly what I needed to know, if I had needed to pull the receiver out I'd need to get a new blanking plate for the boiler.1
