Replacing Nest with Tado, district heating + honeywell actuator.

Hello dear people!

I live in Purmerend, and have a district heating. Which currently is controlled via Nest thermostat.

I see that currently Nest thermostat communicates to a Nest heat link which is connected to Honeywell actuator to open / close it.

How do I replace Nest heatlink with Tado wireless reciever? 2 wires come from actuator + power supply. Red wire and blue wire goes to Nest heatlink which connected to Nest thermostat via wires going to the wall.
