How does the Smart AC controller sit firm on the included stand?
I just bought 3 Smart AC controllers with stands.
Included in the box are screws, the stand, cables, plugs and double sided tape.
I wanted to fix one to a wall and have the others on stands. After speaking to "chat" they say to fix it to the walls you need to use double sided tape. This seems a pretty sloppy solution. Why not create a back plate for the controller so you can fit it firmly onto a wall with screws like the other products?
Then I tried to fit the Smart AC controller onto the stand. The stand has two holes for screws but after speaking to "chat" the screws aren't needed and the holes aren't needed either, they are for another device. There is an illustration of a backplate but this does not apply to the Smart AC. Why include screws and instructions with a back plate if it not needed with the Smart AC. This is both confusing and wasteful.
If anyone has a video or clear photos on how to make the Smart AC controller sit rigidly on the stand Id appreciate it.
