App breakdown / panne de l'application

I have Tado radiatorthermostat since years without problem.
This morning the app (on 2 différents smartphones) show only a screen with yellow / orange background and the word Tado in the middle. We are unable to reach the control display page.

All the led are solid white on the bridge.

What's happening? On each radiator thermostat it is possible to regulate with the knob.

Nothing was changed on my internet installation

J'ai des têtes de radiateur thermostatique Tado depuis des années sans problème.
Ce matin l'application (sur 2 smartphones différents) n'affiche qu'un écran avec un fond jaune/orange et le mot Tado au milieu. Nous ne parvenons pas à accéder à la page d'affichage des commandes.

Toutes les leds sont blanches sur le pont (bridge)

Que ce passe-t-il? Sur chaque thermostat de radiateur, il est possible de régler avec le bouton.

Rien n'a été changé sur mon installation internet.

More info. I find one Tado professional app. with which I could see that the configuration of all the elements was correctly connected.
