Thermostat button not responding

Hi,

The buttons on my thermostat aren't responding to touch even though the battery is showing as good and the blink test works?

    Thanks for the response, appreciated.

    Funny thing, minutes after your response I received an email warning of a low battery!

    I occasionally get a problem where I press the button to activate the Thermostat and that works OK but the up/down buttons don't respond.

    Always works the second time. Fresh batteries made no difference

    Hello I have the same problem, when pressing buttons for up/down thermostat is not responding. Can you pls help ?
