Does anyone know how to get the Heating on?

Okay, so that sounded like a really basic question.

But We have the Tado extention kit installed, the app is saying the heating is on but the Radiators are cold.

The Extension kit is pulsing, so there is a link,

Really hope someone knows what todo, as it is colder and colder.

    @Watergoodheatingbad Hi - if you have followed the tado installation plan, you really need to get on to Support on tado.com. They can monitor your system.
