Is the non subscription v3 still available?

I'm about to buy a V3 kit, can someone confirm that its still possible to get the 'grandfathered' deal to a one time upgrade and not be forced into a subscription? It'd be on a brand new account.

    Thank you for your question,

    With the v3+ (not v3) you are not forced into anything. All features are available, however if you want some of the features automated you can choose a subscription. For more details you can review this article:

    We can play semantics about the use of the word forced and a subscription being required for one of the only things to make your product truly ‘smart and automated’ but that’s irrelevant in the context of my question. Would you mind you answering the question I actually asked?

    Yes, you can purchase a V3 and then upgrade for a one time fee,
