My heater is not working no hot water as well can anyone help please

The heater is not working and there is no hot water. The boiler shows a red E-1 who should I call or what should I do?

Phone the number and leave an answering message. They got back to me within an hour or so. If you tell them you are without hot water and heater its a priority for them.
