New House has Tado registered to previous owner

Hello,

I have recently purchased a new property where the previous owner left all their tado devices for our use. When I tried to register these devices it says they have been registered in someone else's name. Unfortunately we do not have direct contact details for the previous owners whose name I presume they are registered under.

Would it be possible to transfer the devices to my name in some way?

Hello Jamie,

The best way is to contact the old owners and let them delete the tado Home in the app. After this you can register the items.
